Items sold by Karasmatic Living are offered as curios. Due to the unique nature of our products, most items in the shop are non-refundable, as outlined in our refund policy. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email with any evidence of the damages. ONE replacement order will be sent. If the item is apparel, it may be exchanged for a different size. A shipping slip will be provided, and the replacement item will be shipped once the original shipment has been returned, ensuring our commitment to customer information protection throughout the shipping fulfillment process.
